Weddings are BIG EVENTS. Let's make this easy. Wedding Package #1 for up to 58 people includes:

Wednesday / Thursday drop off

Friday set up & Practice - 8 Hours

Saturday Wedding - 14 Hours

Sunday pick up - 2 Hours

Wedding Package #1 includes complete staffing.

This includes eight hours of help setting up and decorating the day before. Full staffing for the event including bartenders, all food and cake service, greeters and cleaning. Plus we help you pack everything.

You bring the food and drinks and we'll do everything else. You and your guests can relax.

All chinaware, barware, glassware and food service items are included. Napkins, Sterno, ice, to-go food containers and more are all included.

Rental includes tables, chairs, white tablecloths, centerpieces, microphones, Party box speakers and an 86" screen. Display easels, backdrop stand, five refrigerators, oven, warming box and food service items are all included.

The private patio holds 58 chairs with extra room for your wedding party. The arch covers the stage area and is decorated with fabrics and silk flowers. Tables are set up for music and guest refreshments. The Ballroom is available for an indoor ceremony if the weather is poor.

The Ballroom features a 15-foot bar and a dance floor. The Bridal dressing room includes a hair and makeup section. The Treehouse has a private Groom dressing room, four bathrooms, kitchen, reception, two decks, patio, grounds and free parking - all included. Play area and toys for children are included.

You can drop off on Wednesday or Thursday. On Friday you have 8 hours to decorate, practice your ceremony and have a meal. We decorate the Ballroom and patio, stock the bar and get ready for the big day.

You can even leave your clothes and makeup so Saturday morning is easy. With two dressing rooms, your entire party can get dressed here.
